By downloading, installing, or using NUMERA ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

NUMERA is a free, offline tally counter utility. It allows you to create multiple counters with custom names, step sizes, and optional targets. The App includes haptic feedback and screen lock features.

Usage

The App is provided free of charge with no account registration required.
You may use the App for personal or commercial purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your counting.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of Kelthos. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App or any portion of it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that counter values will be preserved in all circumstances. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your counts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelthos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
